Returns

Making a Return:

Most of our products are returnable, but do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us by email (support@partydecorations.com) for authorization. We will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address. Returns are typically processed and credited within two business days from the date they are received. Some products, such as Super Bowl items, are non-returnable and will be noted in the product descriptions. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will have the product cost be credited back to the original method of payment. We do not refund shipping fees.

Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% handling charge will apply to any unauthorized return that is received. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.

If you did not receive your order, even though FedEx or UPS says it was delivered, you must inform us within 10 days of the date that FedEx or UPS states it was delivered so that we can file a timely claim, otherwise, no refunds for missing packages will be issued.
