If you need to modify or cancel your order, you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to get the order cancelled or modified as applicable. Include your order number, first and last name, modification request or reason for cancellation.
Keep in mind, orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing as soon as the order is placed on the website and the warehouse uses a highly automated order processing system. Hundreds of orders are processed each day. Therefore, due to the speed and automation used in the warehouse, most of the time orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.
