If you receive damaged products, please email us at email@example.com. Include your order number, first and last name, and item numbers for products that are damaged or missing from your order. We will work with you to ensure the damaged items are replaced or refunded to you. Once your products are transferred to FedEx for shipment, they become responsible for any damage that occurred during shipment. In this case, we will assist you in filing a claim with FedEx for damages. Refunds, in this case, may be held up until the claim is resolved with FedEx.
Missing Items or Lost Package(s):
First, track your order with FedEx to ensure all packages have been delivered. If all packages were received but items are missing from your shipment, we will work with you to replace or refund the missing items. If FedEx loses your entire package(s), we will assist you with filing a claim with FedEx for damages. Refunds, in this case, may be held up until the claim is resolved with FedEx. Often times, you can locate "lost" packages by checking with other family members, neighbors or coworkers that may have received the package on your behalf and neglected to notify you.
